The institution required an environment capable of supporting complex oncology treatment while remaining operationally clear, culturally aligned, and economically sustainable for long treatment cycles. The project was structured around real patient journeys and treatment continuity. Planning decisions respond to three core realities: emotional sensitivity during treatment, regional cultural context, and long-term affordability of care.
Using a hub-and-spoke treatment logic, the hospital integrates advanced oncology infrastructure with predictable patient movement and clinical workflow clarity. The architecture supports treatment reliability, staff efficiency, and long-term care delivery performance.
Patient Journey and Treatment Continuity
Cancer care requires environments that reduce uncertainty and support sustained patient engagement across multiple treatment stages. Entry and outpatient environments are structured for immediate clarity and intuitive navigation. Circulation planning reduces confusion and supports predictable movement between diagnostics, consultation, and treatment zones.
